This 2 year project began in 2019 with one simple goal: to create the most enhanced waterfowl habitat humanly possible. In addition to habitat, Wellons Land built Levee infrastructure, GTR, Moist Soil Impoundments, water control, and also a main lodge and guest lodge for the property.  The results have surpassed our expectation and the Black River Preserve property is now considered one of the most successful waterfowl hunting properties in Arkansas.
