The Simmons Farm is located just north of Clinton, Arkansas and settled in the heart of the Boston Mountains. This property has been managed for wildlife for 5+ years and offers some of the best year round hunting opportunities in the area. Caves, ponds, hardwoods and rolling pasture ground, make this property truly unique. When you’re not busy chasing trophy deer, turkey and bear, the Middle Fork Little Red River has some of the best small mouth bass fishing around, and lays just minutes from the property.

The property has a great history of bear, deer and turkey hunting as it’s situated perfectly between the low lying Middle Fork Little Red River and Angora Mountain. There are two food plots totaling 15 acres, which are planted in corn yearly to provide the perfect habitat for turkey and deer.
