Matt Gagnon

Matt grew up on a family farm where he developed a lifelong love for the land through hunting, fishing, and livestock production. Those early experiences shaped his appreciation for conservation, stewardship, and the rural way of life.
Before discovering real estate, Matt built a career in technology. He worked in semiconductor manufacturing and later supported agricultural and mining operations as a field engineer. His work took him across the globe, giving him a unique perspective on land, industry, and the people who depend on both.
Matt later shifted his career into media production. He’s worked with some of the most well known hunting television shows as both a producer and camera operator. He’s produced films for global brands as well as documentaries about topics that affect rural land such as elk management and invasive annual grasses.
Today, Matt combines his technical background, storytelling experience, and passion for the outdoors to serve his clients. Outside of work, he lives for hunting, fishing, dog training, conservation, and serving his church community.
