I am a native Arkansan whose life passion is land, wildlife, and conservation. From the time I began walking, I loved the land. I have had the opportunity to develop and broker property in every corner of our great state and my team and I bring a tremendous amount of knowledge and know-how to land and wildlife development. In addition to developing our own properties, I have years of experience helping other landowners improve their land and achieve their goals. Tom Anderson

Tom Anderson grew up in Arkansas and has hunted here his entire life. Tom spent 32 years in the Army/Army Reserve and retired as a Colonel, with active duty time during Desert Storm. Additionally, he spent his civilian career at IBM, Lexmark, and Dell in both sales and management positions. His experience in the technology world makes Tom relationship oriented. Tom has bought, sold, leased, rented and managed real estate for over 40 years. Tom is an expert in land real estate and can help you make your next land investment decision. Jeremiah Moore

Land Broker & Consultant

Jeremiah Moore is a resident of Clarendon, Arkansas with an extensive background in both agricultural and recreational land. Owning the same family farm since the 1850’s, he understands the intrinsic value of what it means to own a property you can pass down for generations to come. From spending time on the tractor, to serving on the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission, Jeremiah’s personal experience has led him to oversee wildlife development and real estate transactions in the heart of the Arkansas Delta. He is equipped with a proven record of helping clients find the right property and developing a strategy for their long-term success. In 2022, Jeremiah was elected as an Arkansas State Representative to House District 61. He represent parts of Jackson, Prairie, Monroe, and Arkansas Counties along with all of Woodruff County!

Justin Lowery

Growing up in the South I have always had Arkansas close to my heart as I have grown up duck hunting in southeast Arkansas since I was 12 and now run a family farm in northeast Arkansas. As a Mississippi State Wildlife Sciences graduate, I have always had land and wildlife at the center of my work and passion. While being fully involved in my college Ducks Unlimited and NWTF chapter. After doing real estate for a year in Alabama while still being a full-time college student my eyes have been set on Arkansas, and I would love to help you find the land you thought you were only dreaming of. I am knowledgeable inland, honest, and ready to go to work for you!

Tyler Wells

Tyler was raised in agriculture in the Arkansas River Valley. His family’s farm wasn’t just for fun, but a way of life. Tyler currently resides north of Conway with his wife, two daughters, and their animals. He is an avid outdoorsman who is well-traveled through the nation, hunting and fishing multiple game species. Tyler’s career in water source management, forestry conservation, and commercial dirt work has helped him become more well-rounded in land development. Tyler’s ability to see the potential and limitations of land will help clients discover the realities of the property they’re after. And his passion for dreaming will drive him to find the best piece of property for any functional and/or recreational wants or needs.

Anthony Bracy

Land Agent & Consultant

Anthony grew up in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and graduated from Arkansas State University with a degree in Ag Business. From a young age, Anthony has been involved in agriculture and land and developed a strong passion that has transformed into a career. He now specializes in row crop development/real estate and also Delta bottomland hunting properties. Anthony continues to call the Natural State home where he lives with his wife, Courtney, and two children, Webb and Maggie.

Laddy Diebold (1962-2024)

Laddy grew up in Wynne and earned a BSBA from the University of Arkansas in 1985.  Hunting ducks on the L’Anguille River and the family farm in Hickory Ridge began a lifelong passion for the outdoors and all that it offers us.  He is a lifelong Arkansas resident and makes his hometown in historic Prairie Grove.  Laddy specializes in farms, recreational properties, and waterfront homes.  He has brokered over $120 million in real estate transactions in 22 years of service to his clients.  Professional first class service, the experience you can rely on, and negotiation training from the best are what you get with Laddy!

Alex Boyce

A native of Beebe, Arkansas and now a Conway resident, Alex Boyce was raised in a business-focused family with interests in agriculture, real estate, construction and property development. A degree in finance and economics from Hendrix College initially led to a role in project management for a large scale commercial construction firm.

However, a lifelong passion for waterfowl hunting eventually prompted Alex to trade his construction career for one in recreational land development. An avid student of waterfowl dynamics in the challenging river bottoms of Arkansas public land, Alex has developed a keen eye for what it takes to optimize a property’s potential for waterfowl attraction. Matt Covington

Matt’s lifelong passion for the outdoors has been the cornerstone of his career. From his early days in a duck blind alongside his father in his native Arkansas, to traversing North and South America with a camera in hand, he’s dedicated himself to producing top-tier outdoor television shows and films. With waterfowl as his foremost passion, Matt has seamlessly transformed his love for the outdoors into a fulfilling career. Based in Little Rock, he resides with his wife, Ansley, their son, Crew, and their beloved yellow lab, Drake.

Forrest Carvajal

Wellons Land Pro Duck Calling Champion

Forrest grew up in a duck hunting family, and it remains a big part of his life today. He lives for those cold crisp mornings, the smell of a two stroke motor warming up, and the sound of whistling wings. He grew up in, and still lives in Arkansas, so flooded timber is naturally his favorite place to hunt. Forrest is also the co-host for Off the X Podcast, owner of Pond Creek Duck Calls, and 2023 World Cutdown Calling Champion!

Chuck Bostwick

Chuck Bostwick’s passion for design communication has been an essential component of positioning Wellons Real Estate as the foremost leader in recreational hunting properties in Arkansas. His natural talents as a designer flow from a family pedigree including an interior designer, architects, artists, graphic designers and art directors. With over 30 years of experience in graphic design, Chuck is comfortable doing everything from custom brand identity to digital design, photography and video work. His versatility as a designer and customer first approach allow Wellons Real Estate to serve our clients better than anyone in the real estate business. Chuck has been with Wellons Real Estate since inception and has actually worked for Wellons Real Estate owner for over 20 years!
