Red Hill

Designed and created a new Green Tree Reservoir (GTR), designed and created a new 40-acre duck field – including leveling the field, engineered and implemented new water control systems throughout the property, installed two custom made duck blinds, installed new 3-phase electric well, and provided our staple forestry mulching service to create premium waterfowl habitat and hunting experiences.

Beauchamps Duck Woods

Nashville Farms

White River Preserve

After nearly 100 years of ownership, we helped our client purchase and develop this farm into one of the most successful recreational investment properties in the world. This 1250+ acre sportsman paradise sits along the banks of the white river and offer some of the finest flooded timber duck hunting, word class deer hunting, wild turkey hunting in the spring, and endless fishing opportunities.

Twin Lakes

We completed a total overhaul on this 400+ acre farm and turned it into a one-of-a-kind hunting property providing unmatched deer, duck, and fishing opportunities.

Nature Conservancy

Numerous wildlife habitat restorations projects all over central Arkansas – including projects specific to habitat improvement with Bobwhite Quail. Just some of the services provided on these projects include: Herbicide Application, Prescribed Burn & Cover Crop Planting, Planting, Ongoing Forestry Mulching and Shrub Management. These projects are joint partnerships between Wellons Land, TNC, AGFC, & USFW and have been wildly successful.

Mallard Oaks

Mallard Oaks is an enhancement project on an old proven GreenTree Reservoir just northeast of Stuttgart Arkansas. This 350 Acre tract has a long history of mallard success but we can’t wait to show you how we are making it better for the future! #MallardOaks #WellonsLand

Black River Preserve

This 2 year project began in 2019 with one simple goal: to create the most enhanced waterfowl habitat humanly possible. In addition to habitat, Wellons Land built Levee infrastructure, GTR, Moist Soil Impoundments, water control, and also a main lodge and guest lodge for the property.  The results have surpassed our expectation and the Black River Preserve property is now considered one of the most successful waterfowl hunting properties in Arkansas.
