Beauchamp Duck Woods

A historic Prairie County flooded timber property originally developed by world champion duck caller and call maker Art Beauchamp. After remaining dormant for decades, the property was revived through restored infrastructure, reopened timber holes, rebuilt blinds, new food plots, and waterfowl rest areas, creating exceptional habitat for ducks and whitetail deer.

Red Hill

A complete waterfowl and whitetail development featuring a new Green Tree Reservoir, a leveled 40 acre duck field, engineered water control systems, custom blinds, a three phase electric well, and extensive forestry mulching. The acquisition of a neighboring property added valuable food sources, wildlife habitat, and more diverse hunting opportunities.

Mallard Bayou

A complete recreational development in Prairie County featuring a new planted waterfowl rest area, reservoir, levees, water control systems, a completed Green Tree Reservoir, and multiple flooded timber shooting holes. The improvements also created stronger habitat for whitetail deer and wild turkey.

The final project completed by our friend and colleague, Laddy Diebold, Cecil River Ranch features new food plots, expanded infrastructure, improved access, and enhanced wildlife habitat. Completed alongside his son, Jackson, the property stands as a lasting reflection of Laddy’s passion for land stewardship and wildlife.

A 15 acre private retreat featuring an expanded and stocked fishing lake, a natural spring, walking trails, a private drive, guest accommodations, and a ridge top tiny home. The project is designed to create a peaceful setting for recreation, hospitality, and time outdoors. This project showcases that we mean what we say. "Land is our only business!"

An ongoing Northeast Texas habitat development featuring a new Green Tree Reservoir impoundment, multiple timber hunting holes, prescribed burning, post harvest restoration, and new deer hunting locations designed to create more diverse hunting and wildlife management opportunities.

The State Line

A phased waterfowl habitat project along the Arkansas and Oklahoma state line featuring a new millet planted flooded field that provides one of the area’s few sheet water sources. Future improvements will include planting several hundred oak trees to add long term food, cover, and habitat diversity.

White River Preserve

A more than 1,250 acre recreational investment along the White River offering premier flooded timber duck hunting, world class whitetail hunting, spring turkey hunting, and extensive fishing opportunities. We helped our client acquire and develop the historic farm into a complete, year round sportsman’s property.

Miller Woods

A historic recreational and timber property in Lee County reclaimed through extensive infrastructure work, improved access, new wildlife openings, and large waterfowl rest areas. The project restored much of the overgrown property and strengthened its long term habitat and recreational value.

The completed development created a turnkey property with strong opportunities for both waterfowl and whitetail hunting.
