Agriculture & Water

Located within the Mississippi Flyway and positioned along the Cache River, River Chase Farms has an established history as a waterfowl property.

The property’s river-bottom timber benefits from natural flooding, while two established green tree reservoirs provide approximately 58 acres of managed flooded timber. The eastern green tree reservoir encompasses approximately 40 acres, while the western reservoir encompasses approximately 18 acres.

Ownership reports a five-season harvest of 4,650 ducks from the 2020-21 through 2024-25 seasons, averaging approximately 930 ducks per season.

River Chase Farms is located just east of Egypt, Arkansas, in Craighead County and is organized into three farm components: Headquarters Farm, Rosie Farm and South Farm. Headquarters Farm is accessed from County Roads 170 and 165. Rosie Farm is accessed from County Road 194, while South Farm has access from Kings Highway/Highway 91. The Cache River bisects Headquarters Farm and borders all three farm components, placing the agricultural and recreational portions of River Chase Farms directly within the Cache River landscape of northeast Arkansas.
